Terms & Conditions — ZS88 Platform Rules

1. Eligibility

To register and use a ZS88 account you must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. ZS88 does not permit underage gaming under any circumstances, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.

By creating an account you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf and for your own personal use only.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You have not previously had a ZS88 account closed or suspended for violations of these Terms.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.

ZS88 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be suspended and withdrawals withheld pending verification.

2. Your Account

One Account Per Person

ZS88 operates a strict single-account policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, different payment methods or different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any funds held across them may be seized.

Account Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information during registration and for keeping that information up to date. ZS88 may ask you at any point to verify your identity, your payment methods or other details provided during registration. Failure to cooperate with a verification request is grounds for account suspension.

Account Security

Your username and password are personal to you. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. ZS88 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ZS88 support immediately via the live chat channel.

Account Currency

All ZS88 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Every deposit, balance display, bet, win, bonus and withdrawal is shown and processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied at any stage of the transaction cycle.

3. Deposits and PKR Transactions

ZS88 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The full list of current methods is displayed on the Deposit page. Supported methods may change over time without advance notice.

Deposit Conditions

• Only deposit from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned or forfeited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• ZS88 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges separately.
• Deposits are credited to your ZS88 balance once confirmed by the payment network. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect within one to two minutes; bank transfers may take longer.

4. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of cleared, unrestricted funds from your ZS88 account at any time. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account settings.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.
• ZS88 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Timelines depend on the chosen method — mobile wallet withdrawals are typically fastest; bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• ZS88 may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard security measure and is not applied selectively.

VIP Withdrawal Priority

Players who hold VIP status receive priority processing on withdrawal requests. This reduces the time between a withdrawal being submitted and the funds being dispatched. VIP status and its benefits are described in full on the VIP page.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ZS88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are displayed on the Promotions page alongside each offer. The general bonus conditions below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at ZS88 carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount too) must be turned over a specified number of times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. The exact multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to one account per player, per household and per device.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged or converted to cash outside of meeting stated wagering requirements.
• ZS88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it believes the offer has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of duplicate accounts or through coordinated play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Certain game types may contribute differently or not at all toward wagering requirements. These contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only and may not be claimed more than once.

6. Sports Betting Rules

ZS88 offers sports betting markets covering cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football and esports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

Bet Placement

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation. A bet not confirmed on screen has not been placed, regardless of your intent.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a Cash Out option is offered and actively available on that market.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• ZS88 reserves the right to restrict stake limits on any market or for any account without prior notice.

Void Bets and Settlements

• Bets placed on a market that is subsequently voided will have the stake returned in full.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within the timeframe specified for that market, ZS88 applies the settlement rules stated for that specific sport. These are available in the full betting rules section under the Bet page.
• PSL and cricket markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Any subsequent changes after official declaration do not affect settlement.
• ZS88 reserves the right to delay settlement where a result is disputed or under official review.

In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are available on selected cricket, PSL, football and esports events. Odds on live markets update in real time. ZS88 may suspend in-play markets momentarily at key match events such as wickets, goals or timeouts. Bets submitted during a suspension period may be rejected or held pending the market reopening.

7. Casino and Games

ZS88 offers Live Casino games, Fish Games, Bingo and other casino-style products. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of Live Casino, by real-time physical dealing by human dealers. ZS88 does not manipulate game results.

Game Availability

Game availability may vary based on technical maintenance, provider updates or other operational requirements. ZS88 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific game title.

Interrupted Game Sessions

If a game session is interrupted due to a disconnection or technical fault before a round is completed, the round will be resolved according to its state at the time of interruption using the game's auto-completion logic. If auto-completion is not possible, the round stake will be returned. Game history records are maintained and are available through your account for reference.

Bingo Rules

Bingo rooms at ZS88 run on scheduled game cycles. Tickets purchased for a game are non-refundable once the game round has started. Full Bingo rules including prize structures, jackpot conditions and room-specific rules are displayed within each Bingo room before purchase.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the ZS88 platform for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — and not to engage in any of the following:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a confirmed exploit will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds from illegal activities.
• Registering accounts under false identities or using payment methods that are not yours.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward ZS88 staff or other players via any communication channel.

ZS88 actively monitors platform activity for indicators of the above. Accounts found to be in breach will be suspended pending investigation, and confirmed violations will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds.

9. Suspension and Account Closure

ZS88 may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension include, but are not limited to, suspected fraud, identity inconsistencies, suspected underage use, violation of acceptable use rules, suspected bonus abuse or failure to complete verification when requested.

Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting ZS88 support via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals of legitimate funds will be completed. Accounts closed under self-exclusion programmes are subject to the specific terms of those programmes as described in the Responsible Gaming section.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, access to the platform is revoked immediately. Funds held in the account at the point of closure will be handled according to the reason for closure — voluntary closures result in a return of verified legitimate funds; closures due to violations may result in forfeiture of funds depending on the nature of the breach.

10. Limitation of Liability

ZS88 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform operational around the clock, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability.

• ZS88 is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during a period when you intended to place a bet or complete a transaction.
• ZS88 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• ZS88 is not liable for losses arising from your own decisions — including betting decisions, game choices or failure to read promotion terms before opting in.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data

ZS88 collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identities and comply with applicable obligations. The full detail of what we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it and your rights in relation to it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

By creating a ZS88 account you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to your data being processed as described therein. You may withdraw consent for non-essential data processing at any time by contacting support, though doing so may limit certain platform features.

12. Responsible Gaming

ZS88 is committed to responsible gaming. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If it stops being enjoyable or begins to affect your finances, your relationships or your daily responsibilities, that is a sign to step back and use the tools available to you.

ZS88 provides the following tools to all account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap that the platform enforces automatically.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods — temporarily deactivate your account for a chosen period. The account cannot be reactivated before the period expires.
• Self-exclusion — permanently block access to your ZS88 account. This takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period after activation.

13. Changes to These Terms

ZS88 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in how the platform operates, changes in applicable legal or regulatory context, or improvements to how we communicate our policies. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the ZS88 platform after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the updated Terms take effect.
